Meet Our New Staff and Staff Update
Mariam El Boubou, Assistant Department Business Administrator I
Mariam El Boubou holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering from Lebanon and Project Management Professional Certification from Georgetown University’s Project Management Institute. She has worked in the academic field for five years at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where she managed the Italian Studies Department. In November 2022, she joined EAS and is looking forward to new experiences in this amazing department. As Assistant Department Business Administrator I, she manages the monthly reconciliation of accounts, generates monthly financial and budget reports, and updates and handles department grants. She also administers personnel and payroll activities to reconcile payroll records and salary reallocation processes.
